Marel Speed Batcher SBL-3000 is a high-speed batching system that creates batches of exact weight from a continuous flow of raw material. System automatically weighs raw material into predefined fixed batches and is designed for high-speed grading of small products into large batches, and delivers a fully automatic process, from input to delivery.
The Marel Speed Batcher is controlled by the M3000 Controller, which runs the G200 Speed Batcher application among other functions. The controller provides the user interface for the Speed Batcher. For that purpose, the controller has a large graphical color display and a robust keypad with touch-sensitive keys. The housing is of stainless steel and is water-resistant (IP67).
The M3000 controller can be connected by network connections to various other Marel equipment in larger processing systems.
Power consumption: 3 x (208-240) VAC or 3 x (380-400) VAC + N,
A 50-60 Hz power supply must be available.
Operating temperature: For room temperatures below 7°C (45°F) we recommend the use of Polyethylene or Acetal belts
