Marel I-Cut 22 is a laser-eye, advanced dual-lane portion cutter designed to meet the special needs of food processing companies. As a previous generation of Marel IPM X600, this portioning system uses a servomotor-driven knife in each lane and a rapid-response laser-scanning system to maintain very high accuracy – and still provide top performance with up to 1500 strokes/minute per knife per lane.
Equipped with a laser scanning system, it provides accurate 3-D measurements, ensuring high precision in cutting.
