Curio C-3027 Heading Machine

Description

Curio C-3027 Heading Machine is designed to take a properly bled and gutted fish into the machine and separate the Head from the body. It then delivers headless bodies on a conveyor leading from the machine. The cut is performed in a single step after entering the infeed guide. Rotating knives cut from the belly fin up to the neck, and the fish being fed to the machine needs to be bled and gutted.

Curio C-3027 Heading Machine is available in two versions, the versions are small and large, in regards to the size of the fish being fed to the machine. It is designed to de head most of the species of white fish.

Each species has a settings that the operator must select from the left lower control panel before de heading the specific species. Also, the machine may need some mechanical fine tuning adjustments to acquire the highest yield.

The operator can adjust various settings for the machine both mechanically and via pneumatic switches.
