With nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in sourcing and refurbishing used food processing equipment.

Who We Are?
The company was founded in 1998 by Inge Ludvik Nilsen and initially operated as a trading firm specializing in reselling fish processing equipment. However, it quickly became clear that many decommissioned machines put up for sale were in extremely poor condition and did not meet buyers’ expectations of used equipment. As a result, the company decided not just to resell these machines but to completely disassemble, refurbish, and restore them to a high standard.
This has remained the core of the company’s work to this day and over the years, we have built a reputation for reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service.
Beyond delivering equipment, we are committed to environmental responsibility. By refurbishing and reselling machines, we extend their lifespan, reduce waste, and contribute to a circular economy. Not Just Restoring, But Also Manufacturing
While our core expertise lies in refurbishing and reselling fish processing equipment, we have also taken steps into manufacturing.
Our first in-house product, NM61 Knife Sharpening Machine, is used on knives fitted in various BAADER equipment, with a diameter of 200 – 400 mm. Additionally, an extra tool can be attached to sharpen knives with a diameter of 120 – 200 mm.
We also manufacture high-quality spare parts, such as shafts, fittings, improved holder prisms, and many other elements made from metal or polyethylene, designed to enhance the longevity and efficiency of existing equipment.
Beyond our current product lineup, our skilled engineers possess strong design and drawing capabilities. We can assist customers by creating detailed drawings for missing parts and designing processing lines that fit within the allocated space in their facility. If a customer has a designated room in their factory where they plan to install a processing plant, we can help design the project layout, ensuring a smooth integration into the space.
Although our manufacturing portfolio is currently limited, we are committed to expanding in this direction, continuously developing innovative solutions to meet industry needs.
