Steen ST600 Fish Skinning Machine

Description

Steen ST600 Fish Skinning Machine.

Steen ST600 excels at skinning flatfish, ranging from small fillets to large halibut, and white fish like cod. It easily integrates with Baader machines for a fluid workflow. This machine stands out with its high skinning yield, reducing waste. Cleaning it is a breeze, and just one operator can manage it. The machine is successful in its goal because it is fitted with a smooth skinning roller with cleaning roller system and by applying a minimum of pressure on the fillet. This is how the product is handled very gently and will prevent split tails and damages on the in-or outside of the fillets. As a fail-safe, the blade has a fixed minimum setting, but still is easy to set. Standard, this model comes with a long 2-lane infeed- and outfeed belt. This enables the machine to endure high speed throughput.

Ideal for fish processors in Greenland, Scandinavia, and Canada, it can skin up to 140 fish per minute, meeting the demands of commercial facilities in these areas.
